2+ years of Klaviyo experience (flows, campaigns, segmentation, automations) Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and customer journeys Proficiency in email template builders (Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, or similar) Strong eye for design and layout; able to guide designers with clarity Ability to edit copy for tone, clarity, and conversion optimization Experience with Shopify and e-commerce best practices Strong analytical skills (reading dashboards, interpreting data, optimizing flows) Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and work within a fast-moving team Experience in supplement, wellness, or regulated D2C brands (preferred) Experience with Yotpo integration, review automation, loyalty flows (preferred) Understanding of SMS platforms (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive, etc.) (preferred) Familiarity with Mailchimp, Omnisend, or other ESP migrations (preferred) Understanding of sales funnels, CLTV strategies, and revenue optimization (preferred) Experience coordinating with marketing, design, and content teams (preferred)
