Monitor inventory, sales velocity, open orders, and projected stock coverage by SKU; forecast demand and act to prevent stockouts.
Prepare and track purchase orders through production, quality release, receipt, and reconciliation.
Serve as the primary operational contact for contract manufacturers and key suppliers, securing commitments and escalating production delays or constraints.
Own brand-side quality and compliance decisions, including product release, holds, disposition, and coordination of investigations or recalls.
Review manufacturer quality documentation and testing against product specifications, and coordinate corrective actions for discrepancies.
Oversee label and packaging compliance reviews and coordinate artwork timelines, approvals, and production materials.
Manage the operating relationship with the third-party logistics provider and monitor receiving, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, damages, and shipping exceptions.
Analyze fulfillment, parcel, freight, packaging, and accessorial costs; evaluate options and audit logistics charges.
Maintain inventory, purchase-order, production, and receipt records, and report on stock coverage, at-risk SKUs, open orders, and purchasing needs.
