- Address customer inquiries related to kratom and product concerns.
- Track frequently asked questions and common concerns to improve communication.
- Post consistently (2-3 times per week) on all social media platforms to maintain engagement.
- Identify potential brand advocates in kratom communities.
- Build and maintain a contact list of kratom enthusiasts for ongoing sample distributions.
- Track outreach efforts and engagement results in a spreadsheet.
- Monitor online reviews and brand mentions across social platforms and forums.
- Respond to both positive and negative reviews, offering support and solutions.
- Provide free samples to dissatisfied customers to improve their experience.
- Conduct research to identify high volume, non branded kratom related keywords.
- Use these keywords to engage with users in forum discussions and social media platforms.
