Identify and execute opportunities for automation and process improvements in benefits administration. Build, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for benefits operational functions. Manage the timely and accurate execution of benefit offerings, including system setup and enrollment. Own the integrity of all benefits data, performing audits and reconciliations. Ensure adherence to all benefits regulations and complete required filings. Assist in strategic analysis of benefit utilization, costs, and trends. Partner with internal teams (Global Ops, Product, HRIS, Payroll) on benefit-related workflows. Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with benefit vendors and resolve issues. Manage the deployment of benefit communication materials and support employee education. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and customer service.
