Requirements:
Hands-on experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a highly analytical role involving data management and process improvement. High proficiency with HRIS/Benefits Administration systems. Expert-level data manipulation and analysis skills using MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to streamline data processing and automate tasks. Solid working knowledge of global and domestic benefits regulations. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex benefit, data, and system-related issues independently.
Responsibilities:
Identify and execute opportunities for automation and process improvements in benefits administration. Build, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for benefits operational functions. Manage the timely and accurate execution of benefit offerings, including system setup and enrollment. Own the integrity of all benefits data, performing audits and reconciliations. Ensure adherence to all benefits regulations and complete required filings. Assist in strategic analysis of benefit utilization, costs, and trends. Partner with internal teams (Global Ops, Product, HRIS, Payroll) on benefit-related workflows. Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with benefit vendors and resolve issues. Manage the deployment of benefit communication materials and support employee education. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and customer service.
