Manager Software Engineering

Strong experience in Software Engineering. At least 12+ Years overall experience. Minimum 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams. Proven track record as a technology leader and of leading/scaling technical teams. Experience handling client incidents and understanding technical implications. Experience working on large-scale distributed systems and data processing and APIs. Hands-on with Java or other programming languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience delivering products/solutions in Cloud environments.

Lead and grow a team responsible for platform design, development, and maintenance. Coach and mentor engineers to develop their abilities. Drive technology decision making, process efficiency, and engineering excellence. Ensure software project success through planning and execution. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align product and business goals. Implement processes for operational excellence. Serve as a domain expert in data governance, transparency, and accuracy. Drive recruitment, training, and development of talent.
