Manage the complete life cycle of IT projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. Develop project plans, define scope, establish milestones, and identify resource requirements. Lead Agile ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies throughout project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure. Break down large initiatives into manageable sequences to accelerate delivery and improve team efficiency. Provide leadership in budgeting, scheduling, risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution. Communicate project status and recommendations to senior government officials and executive stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams, client project teams, and external partners to maintain alignment and progress. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
