Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of Paddle’s Ideal Customer Profile, core use cases, and value propositions. Own and manage a healthy territory of high-fit accounts. Proactively generate conversations and showcase Paddle’s products across multiple channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email, video, region-specific channels). Convert engagements into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. Partner with marketing for in-person and virtual events to generate demand. Use modern tools, including AI-powered workflows, to personalize outreach and improve performance. Manage and prioritize time to meet and exceed targets. Bring a winner’s mindset and high-performance attitude.
