Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on VETRO’s platform. Deeply understand each customer's technical environment, use cases, and objectives. Take ownership of fostering strong, proactive relationships with customers. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs. Anticipate potential technical challenges, identify risks, and proactively work to resolve issues. Partner with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Stay current on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
