Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Proven success in technical account management, or a related role in the technology or software sector. Deep technical understanding of GIS systems and/or experience within the telecom sector is highly desirable. Hands on knowledge of scripting as well as data manipulation and export/import functionality. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proactive, results-driven mindset. Familiarity with working in a remote or distributed team environment. Experience in fast-paced environments, adept at balancing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on VETRO’s platform. Deeply understand each customer's technical environment, use cases, and objectives. Take ownership of fostering strong, proactive relationships with customers. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs. Anticipate potential technical challenges, identify risks, and proactively work to resolve issues. Partner with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Stay current on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
