3+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry Previous experience adopting analytical tools and driving data-driven performance assessments Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback Proven success in partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams
