3+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams
