1-2+ years of relevant experience in crisis management, emergency management, GSOC operations, incident response, or related fields Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in emergency response (e.g., dispatch, police records, EMT, emergency communications) Ability to work on-call, including nights and weekends Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, ambiguous environments with strong situational awareness Excellent written communication skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, rapidly shifting between priorities Quick learner with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
