Business Resilience Specialist - Crisis Management

Proven experience (2-4 years) in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or related disciplines. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong understanding of BCM governance frameworks and operational risk management. Ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing response strategies and protocols. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create, implement, and refine crisis management plans. Conduct simulations and tabletop exercises to test strategies and foster preparedness. Perform assessments of impacts and risks to critical business functions. Identify gaps and drive strategic initiatives to bolster response capabilities. Prepare reports summarizing testing activities, insights, and recommendations. Support initiatives to improve the organization's overall resilience posture.
