3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or solutions engineering role. 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience. Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences. Ability to understand complex product features quickly and articulate how they can create value for customers. Commitment to high standards, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills. Track record of exceeding customer expectations. Experience working with engineering and product teams. Experience in the property management / PropTech sector is a plus. Prior startup experience is a plus.
