Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or solutions engineering role. 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience. Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences. Ability to understand complex product features quickly and articulate how they can create value for customers. Commitment to high standards, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills. Track record of exceeding customer expectations. Experience working with engineering and product teams. Experience in the property management / PropTech sector is a plus. Prior startup experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Deliver sales presentations that articulate Funnel’s capabilities and value propositions. Lead detailed and technical product demos customized for each client. Contribute to success planning for new clients post-sale. Respond to and spearhead customer requests for proposals and RFIs. Set clear expectations and success criteria during the sales process. Support Business Reviews (QBRs) post-implementation. Use discretion and independent judgment when solving technical issues. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer feedback and adjust demo strategies. Liaise with product development and marketing teams on new features and product positioning. Stay informed about roadmap developments and accommodate reasonable requests. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Travel up to 20% of the time.
