3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or solutions engineering role. 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience. Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences. Ability to understand complex product features quickly and articulate value. Commitment to high standards, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills. Track record of exceeding customer expectations. Experience working with engineering and product teams. Experience in the property management / PropTech sector is a plus. Prior startup experience is a plus.
