Implementation Specialist, EMEA (English, French, Italian)

2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management. Experience in a Technology or SaaS company. Fluency in French and English, Italian is a plus. Proven track record for creative problem-solving for clients. Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively. Strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and quick-to-learn technology integrations. Strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, using shortcuts and formula functions, and sorting and filtering data. Based in Spain.

Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Experience teams for efficient client implementation. Manage client experience by conducting training sessions. Actively monitor and manage onboarding health across new client implementations. Ensure adherence to best practices through quality assurance. Proactively create, coordinate, and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process. Troubleshoot client issues to resolution or escalate. Educate clients on how to leverage tools to simplify workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to turn client feedback into product improvements. Develop domain expertise in property care and client needs.
