6+ years of professional design experience, ideally within brand, marketing, or communications teams. Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and multi-channel brand design. Experience designing for digital (web, social, email, presentations) and print (physical collateral, environmental). Deep understanding of creative systems and brand governance. Comfort working across multiple priorities with tight timelines; strong sense of ownership and initiative. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, writers, and executives. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite and modern collaboration tools (ie. Asana, Slack). Experience in healthcare, digital health, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
