4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning science Proven ability to take a learning initiative from ideation to execution Experience developing and implementing technical and technology training Proficiency with authoring tools: Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Adobe Captivate, or equivalent Proficiency with multimedia tools: Camtasia, Vyond, or equivalent Proficiency with graphic and visual design tools: Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with LMS platforms: administering and optimizing learning management systems Ability to partner confidently with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
