Senior Learning Experience Designer (12 Month Contract)

4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning science Proven ability to take a learning initiative from ideation to execution Experience developing and implementing technical and technology training Proficiency with authoring tools: Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Adobe Captivate, or equivalent Proficiency with multimedia tools: Camtasia, Vyond, or equivalent Proficiency with graphic and visual design tools: Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with LMS platforms: administering and optimizing learning management systems Ability to partner confidently with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels

Design and develop high-quality, scalable learning programs Build and iterate learning assets, courses, and tools Develop creative, data-informed learning solutions Collaborate with functional leaders and subject matter experts Partner closely with L&D peers, DEIB, and People Operations Build credibility as a trusted partner Coach and enable L&D team members, learning champions, and facilitators Contribute to the design and rollout of Jane’s leadership development curriculum Support the design and build of Jane’s learning infrastructure Refresh and revamp existing learning content Leverage the LMS and other learning technologies
