Requirements:
UAM Experience in subscription B2C products. High Budget Management: Experience managing over $1 million in monthly ad spend. Hands-on Channels: Direct, hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads. Data Tools: Skilled in using Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude for data analysis. User Focus: Strong marketing mindset and deep knowledge of user psychology. English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Responsibilities:
Rebuild the User Acquisition function to improve efficiency and scalability. Take ownership of the UA team (both web and mobile). Establish and optimize media buying processes across main channels (primary - Meta & Google). Develop and upskill the web/social team. Automate teamwork through in-house and third-party solutions. Manage marketing budgets of $1M+.
