Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels
Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool
Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements
Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
