Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, psychology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney, workplace investigator, or in a similar role. Demonstrated experience working across multistate environment. Skilled in handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment. Proven success leading PR investigations across all leadership levels. Excellent critical and logical thinking skills. Proven ability to manage conflict/challenge thinking and interact professionally with stakeholders. Ability to recognize and support team members needs through effective coaching and mentoring. Ability to deliver impactful training and drive process improvements. Fundamental understanding of HR policies, employment laws, legal standards, and best practices. Strong time management, task prioritization, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English. Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Computer literacy/basic computer skills.
