6+ years of experience in medical affairs and ideally publications, in an agency setting. Proven success in leading client relationships and delivering strategic counsel. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, scopes of work, and forecasting revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present to senior-level stakeholders. High attention to detail, with strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). BA or equivalent work experience required.
