Deployment Strategist

4-6 years of experience in project management, SaaS implementation delivery, customer consulting, and operations. Strong ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, executable plans. Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where you are building repeatable processes.

Lead customer discovery workshops to define objectives and success metrics. Develop deployment roadmaps and define project scope. Act as primary customer contact during deployment. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Identify and manage project risks and dependencies. Partner with specialists to align system configurations with business goals. Scope integrations and customizations. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive go-live readiness. Document lessons learned and refine deployment processes.
