Requirements:
PhD (or other doctoral degree) in Biostatistics or Statistics. At least 2-5 years of professional experience (preferably post PhD) managing large and complex clinical research projects. Experience working on cross-functional teams. Experience resulting in authorship of peer-reviewed publications. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Attention to detail and understanding of scientific standards. High character, honesty, integrity, and team spirit. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Agility and adaptability to change.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior scientist and/or study statistician for study design and execution. Collaborate with PIs, co-PIs, and project directors to manage project personnel and operations. Provide expertise in statistical design and analysis of clinical trials. Oversee study initiation and operations. Supervise statistical analysis and reporting. Lead or contribute to scientific papers and regulatory filings. Mentor and advise staff, providing strategic and tactical guidance. Participate in business development and proposal writing.
