Demonstrated experience shipping themeable, token-driven UI systems. Expertise in accessibility for low-vision users on small and legacy screens. Practical experience profiling real-world hardware constraints. Hands-on with Figma Tokens or equivalent, CSS variables, Style Dictionary or similar pipelines, and Storybook visual regression. Strong collaboration with engineering for theme switching and runtime theming. Proven ability to partner with product and design peers. Clear, empathetic communication and 'community management' of the system.

Own a scalable component library and design token framework. Reduce design-engineering drift by auditing and refactoring the current system. Improve readability and accessibility on constrained hardware. Evolve ODS for windowless, low-luminance environments. Partner with the design org to manage emerging patterns. Document and educate on ODS usage. Strengthen quality by expanding Storybook coverage and CI checks. Lead the modernization roadmap and evaluate tools/workflows.
