Own the member journey: Design and optimize onboarding, activation, and engagement flows across app, phone, care-team touchpoints and operational workflows Drive product & operational execution: Define, prioritize, and implement requirements for our care platform (EHR, patient CRM, engagement tools, member portal) Write and QA tickets, configure workflows, and test features directly with clinicians and coordinators Integrate tools: Connect CRM, analytics, and automation platforms to streamline operations Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with clinical ops and data teams to turn frontline feedback into product improvements Measure outcomes: Track and report on activation, retention, and satisfaction metrics to guide iteration Champion the member and the clinician: Translate user insights into intuitive digital and offline experiences
