At least 3 years of order processing, procurement, or purchasing experience. Advanced MS Excel proficiency (formulas, functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data tables). Meticulous attention to detail. Solution-oriented, proactive mindset. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Logical thinker who can analyze problems and propose options. Positive attitude and adaptable. Comfortable managing a function independently with minimal oversight. Commitment to Reach Out and Read's mission. Experience with vendor management, invoice reconciliation, or similar back-office operations is a plus.
