Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders. Develop and execute multi-year account plans, business plans, and growth initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Act as the internal coordinator for client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery. Monitor account performance, including P&L, revenue, growth, and retention targets. Stay informed on market dynamics and emerging trends to provide insights and solutions. Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools. Travel as needed to client sites, corporate offices, and industry events.
