2-3 years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or similar roles. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Desire to work in a startup environment with a proactive and hungry mindset. Ability to pivot quickly based on company needs. Enthusiastic about using technology to better patient outcomes. General knowledge of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) landscape or other post-acute care services is a plus. Software as a Service (SaaS) experience is a plus. Results-driven with ability to exceed quota or metrics. Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor solutions. Comfortable adjusting conversations based on audience. Coachable and actively improves from feedback. Relentless and curious with a mindset of constant improvement. Trustworthy and reliable with ability to build relationships. Experienced with SaaS products (healthcare a plus!) and a fast learner. Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and desire to make an impact. Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy to tactics.
