5+ years of prior practical account management experience. PBM experience preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Confident presenting to diverse audiences. Skilled in analyzing data and identifying trends. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Understanding of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry, insurance products, and related regulatory/compliance matters. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Teams. Works effectively within a team and independently. Ability to establish and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders. Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
