Requirements:
5+ years of prior practical account management experience. PBM experience preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Confident presenting to diverse audiences. Skilled in analyzing data and identifying trends. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Understanding of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry, insurance products, and related regulatory/compliance matters. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Teams. Works effectively within a team and independently. Ability to establish and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders. Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships for renewal and satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to brokers and plan sponsors. Manage all client communications, inquiries, and deadlines. Lead day-to-day client engagement activities. Navigate client implementations by coordinating with stakeholders. Present to client and internal audiences. Prepare and maintain reports. Provide actionable insights through data analysis. Execute and contribute to client onboarding and workflow improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and partners to resolve issues. Maintain understanding of PBM industry trends and market developments. Assist with contract execution, claims inquiries, audits, and benefit design reviews. Conduct regular service calls and meetings to strengthen relationships.
