Requirements:
2+ years of experience in administrative support or client-facing roles. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup. Experience in handling client communications in a virtual environment (preferred). Ability to analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement (preferred). Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing support. Coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Manage and update client records to ensure accurate and timely information sharing. Assist in scheduling and organizing client meetings, follow-ups, and events. Provide internal teams with insights and feedback from clients to enhance service delivery. Help develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline client communications. Support the team in administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.
