6+ years experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role Strong focus on content creation and community engagement Proven track record of independently managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand Previous agency experience managing client relationships Excellent content creation skills, including writing and editing Comfortable digging into performance data and analysis A natural desire to be active on social media Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus Strong organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
