Develop and own the learning journey post-onboarding for the Strategic Sales Team and other GTM support groups. Own change management end to end. Design, implement, and optimize learning programs including technical enablement, leadership development, and first 90-day programs. Partner with subject-matter experts to build and maintain training content and other learning experiences. Identify skills gaps and recommend actionable development plans. Facilitate enablement sessions and workshops for employees and leaders. Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance outcomes. Design and implement competency frameworks including certification paths.
