Requirements:
4-7+ years of experience in a sales and/or enablement role ideally within procuretech. Proven track record designing and scaling effective programs within high growth companies. Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects with tight timelines. Ability to analyze data and incorporate insights into learning strategy. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the learning journey post-onboarding for the Strategic Sales Team and other GTM support groups. Own change management end to end. Design, implement, and optimize learning programs including technical enablement, leadership development, and first 90-day programs. Partner with subject-matter experts to build and maintain training content and other learning experiences. Identify skills gaps and recommend actionable development plans. Facilitate enablement sessions and workshops for employees and leaders. Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance outcomes. Design and implement competency frameworks including certification paths.
