Requirements:
15+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 12 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Proven experience managing global, enterprise, or hyperscaler accounts within the computing, components, or supply chain solutions space. Strong understanding of the computing ecosystem, including hyperscalers, OEMs, and the broader technology supply chain. Demonstrated success developing and executing complex, multi-regional account strategies. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Experience working in partnership with supply chain, operations, and sales enablement teams. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic direction across global sales and marketing teams. Develop and implement global account strategies for hyperscalers and major computing accounts. Partner with supply chain services to deliver comprehensive solutions. Collaborate with inside sales teams to map and track large opportunities. Develop and execute global programs to enhance customer engagement and drive growth. Cultivate senior-level relationships with key customer stakeholders and supplier partners. Identify, evaluate, and help implement acquisition or partnership opportunities. Recruit, mentor, and develop business development and sales talent.
