Requirements:
8–12+ years of progressive sales/business development experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing/communications. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth. Deep knowledge of the pharma/healthcare agency landscape, including regulatory environments and client decision-making processes. Strong existing network of decision-makers at pharmaceutical/healthcare companies. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch. Comfortable in a boutique agency environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business revenue through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate qualified leads. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Develop tailored proposals. Partner with leadership to define sales strategy, target markets, and revenue goals. Establish sales processes, reporting, and pipeline management best practices. Represent P10 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Provide market intelligence. Carry and deliver against an annual quota. Track and report on pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity. Collaborate with finance and leadership on pricing, contracts, and deal structures.
