Responsibilities:
- Own the design, implementation, and optimization of middle-office processes
- Lead a global team for trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and control frameworks
- Oversee digital asset and fiat inventory management across counterparties
- Partner with front-office, finance, and technology teams to enhance systems and automate workflows
- Build an operational environment that meets institutional counterparty expectations
