10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services International experience required, with deep exposure to North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA Proven track record of designing and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions Exceptional deal-making, negotiation, and execution skills Ability to navigate diverse partner ecosystems across different geographies Familiarity with Brazil and LatAm markets is a strong plus Fluency in English and Portuguese required and Spanish strongly preferred Ability to balance global strategy-setting with roll-up-your-sleeves execution Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing international teams
