Proven experience in Data prep, lighting, compositing, texturing, and animation Expert-level proficiency in Cinema4D + Octane and 3DsMax + Vray Experience with Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender, or Redshift is a bonus Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams Strong creative and technical vision Excellent client-facing skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) Advanced texturing tools like Adobe Substance Painter and Designer Unreal Engine or other real-time rendering tools desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to take projects from concept to completion Impeccable attention to detail and quality assurance Curiosity and desire to explore and implement cutting-edge CGI practices Experience in business development and client meetings Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in CGI, Animation, or related field Strong showreel showcasing CGI projects AI proficiency and continuous up-skilling with AI tools

Lead and oversee end-to-end CGI project delivery Establish creative and technical direction for CGI content Lead, mentor, and inspire the 3D artists and CG Team leads Collaborate with Producers and Team leads on project objectives Ensure technical excellence and adherence to best practices Drive innovation in CGI tools, techniques, and workflows Act as a client-facing representative for CGI work Maintain visual consistency and brand fidelity
