8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s degree. Experience in healthcare or a high-growth startup environment. Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to scaled implementation. Experience managing projects with operational control and through influence. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Hands-on experience with modern project-management tools.

Maintain a pipeline of clinical transformation work, prioritizing by impact and cost-benefit. Lead end-to-end planning, rollout, and evaluation of initiatives, overseeing pilots and scale-up. Align cross-functional teams on goals, deliverables, and timelines, and address risks. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance quality. Leverage data insights to guide decisions and track success metrics. Reinforce company values and a learning mindset.
