Requirements:
2+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of closing new business. Self-starter energized by ownership. Resilient and resourceful. Passionate about learning products and showing customers how they can transform operations. Startup-minded: flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond immediate role. Sales experience in hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, first responder, or government services (Nice to Have). Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS (Nice to Have).
Responsibilities:
Own the UAE / Middle East market and grow top segments. Run high-impact demos showing how the SmartBox product solves operational challenges. Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close. Experiment and adapt outreach methods and pitches. Collaborate across teams for smooth handoffs and customer success.
