Requirements:
  • 10+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
  • Experience selling into local government, justice, SLED, or public safety is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success selling SaaS into complex, net-new accounts.
  • Ability to navigate public procurement and negotiate agreements.
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills with executive-level and elected leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and develop the Local Justice sector territory.
  • Identify, cultivate, and advance opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop deep understanding of Peregrine's solutions and their application in justice workflows.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to legal and operational stakeholders.
  • Build trust-based relationships with Local Justice offices.
  • Proactively generate, qualify, and advance a sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (deployment, marketing, product, legal, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop creative, tailored solutions for clients.
