Requirements:
10+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS. Experience selling into local government, justice, SLED, or public safety is strongly preferred. Proven success selling SaaS into complex, net-new accounts. Ability to navigate public procurement and negotiate agreements. Familiarity with solution-based selling and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Excellent presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills with executive-level and elected leaders. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Own and develop the Local Justice sector territory. Identify, cultivate, and advance opportunities to exceed revenue targets. Develop deep understanding of Peregrine's solutions and their application in justice workflows. Deliver compelling presentations and demos to legal and operational stakeholders. Build trust-based relationships with Local Justice offices. Proactively generate, qualify, and advance a sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams (deployment, marketing, product, legal, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience. Develop creative, tailored solutions for clients.
