Requirements:
2+ years pre-sales experience in an ecommerce environment supporting high volume, transactional applications. Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on discovery, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques. Experience in a technical environment, specifically dealing with data transformation/exchange. Proficient in adapting to new software tools and environments. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). Understanding of marketplaces and webstores such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc. (preferred). Retail Media and Digital Marketing experience (preferred). Understanding of online marketing and advertising concepts (preferred). History of working with large retail clients and/or Brand Manufacturers (preferred). Technical working knowledge of API integrations (REST & SOAP) (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Increase revenue opportunities with new and existing accounts. Support the solutions discovery process. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs-of concept, and product demonstrations. Evaluate client business goals and integration requirements, recommending strategies. Communicate market feedback to product management and services. Collaborate cross-departmentally for strategic handoffs to service teams. Participate in self-paced learning of Rithum products. Stay informed about industry changes.
