Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Enablement Proven success leading RevOps initiatives and projects Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification required) Experience implementing and managing AI tooling, automation workflows and GTM integrations (e.g. Clay, Zapier) Familiarity with insights tools (Fathom, Apollo, Gong, or similar) Experience developing documentation, SOPs, or enablement materials Comfort in a global, remote, and often ambiguous environment Must be able to work U.S. business hours

Own HubSpot CRM administration Implement AI-enabled tools and automations Manage lead enrichment, data hygiene, and workflow automation Optimize GTM systems and maintain forecasting tools Scope and lead cross-functional RevOps initiatives Triage and prioritize inbound RevOps requests Develop and maintain RevOps SOPs and playbooks Support revenue forecasting and reporting Manage contract workflows, approvals, and lifecycle management
