5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Enablement Proven success leading RevOps initiatives and projects Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification required) Experience implementing and managing AI tooling, automation workflows and GTM integrations (e.g. Clay, Zapier) Familiarity with insights tools (Fathom, Apollo, Gong, or similar) Experience developing documentation, SOPs, or enablement materials Comfort in a global, remote, and often ambiguous environment Must be able to work U.S. business hours
