Requirements:
3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments. Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry. Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Hubspot). Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking. Working proficiency in Spanish and English. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college. Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach. Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar. Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in Jalisco. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan. Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing deals). Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Replicate proven playbooks. Take full ownership of territory success.
