Requirements:
3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking Working proficiency in Spanish and English Bachelor's degree from a four-year college Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
