Senior Accounting Analyst

Experience in accounting or financial operations. Strong command of Excel (advanced level). Experience with SAP and familiarity with tools such as Alteryx and Microsoft Power BI (or similar). Ability to work independently, take risks, and make decisions autonomously. Fluency in English (advanced) and Spanish. Ability to understand Portuguese or willingness to learn new languages. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with global and multicultural teams. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Maintain and support the chart of accounts and related structures. Ensure the maintenance of management and control systems, monitoring closing indicators (KPIs). Perform monthly reconciliations between accounting and managerial figures. Manage the intercompany map, including creating new accounts, analyzing differences, and reporting. Support the implementation and development of the GRP SAP and other finance systems. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS. Collaborate with internal and external audit processes. Propose and lead continuous improvements in closing processes, internal controls, and accounting routines. Work closely with global teams in a fully remote, multinational environment. Handle large volumes of data using Excel, SAP, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar analytical tools. Operate independently, making decisions and acting proactively without constant supervision.
