Senior Product Manager - Scale

Be a proactive, curious, and data-informed problem solver. Demonstrate thoughtful communication and product leadership, including giving and receiving feedback. Be comfortable setting vision and delivering iteratively. Find ambiguity inspiring and navigate it towards clarity. Be comfortable or interested in technically complex spaces, with experience in tracing, metrics, monitoring, or analytics software.

Drive work and outcomes on core product features for enterprise customers, including setup and scaling user/team/resource management. Solve problems related to automated lifecycle management, APIs at scale, and IAC for growing organizations. Collaborate closely with engineering and design in a triad-based model. Build relationships and facilitate technical conversations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Empathize with users to understand their pain points and advocate for their needs in the product. Synthesize information to create focus and drive product discovery. Contribute to a product management community of practice through knowledge sharing.
