Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' experience in healthcare or healthcare-focused market Account management and/or client-facing experience with health insurers and/or risk-bearing providers Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent project management skills Experience working with senior healthcare executives Familiarity and willingness to work with healthcare data Understanding of the Quality landscape Thrives in dynamic environments Excellent attention to detail, multitasking and organizational skills Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a data-driven focus Experience with digital health landscape and/or early-stage company Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid programs Sales experience (net new or expansions/renewals) Experience with healthcare data and analyses SQL experience
Responsibilities:
Own relationships between Wellth and healthcare customers. Map and navigate complex healthcare organizations. Serve as a strategic partner to clients. Create and deliver customer-focused data analyses. Act as the voice of the customer internally. Manage a portfolio of health plan and provider partners. Lead program implementations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders. Coordinate regular meetings and presentations with customer teams. Analyze, design, and present program outcomes. Use data to support sales and renewal conversations. Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
