Customer Success Solutions Architect

8–10+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or post-sales architecture roles. Proven experience designing and deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of identity, networking, and security architectures including PAM, authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust concepts. Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and operating systems (Linux required, Windows exposure preferred). Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Bash, Python). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Design deployment architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer environments and goals. Own the technical post-sales relationship by leading hands-on deployments. Solve complex technical challenges across identity, networking, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. Provide consultative technical guidance that empowers customers to confidently operate and grow their StrongDM footprint. Influence product direction by identifying patterns, sharing customer insights, and collaborating cross-functionally.
