Excellent written and verbal English communication skills At least 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development Proven experience with designing, building, and executing email and phone sales campaigns Experience using CRMs Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) Available to start within 2 - 4 weeks from job offer Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace

Design, build and execute email and phone sales campaigns Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Generate and qualify leads Maintain accurate notes in CRM Create sales and marketing strategy Conduct discovery calls Nurture prospects Collaborate with internal teams on proposals Guide prospects through the full sales cycle Support the onboarding process Build long-term client relationships Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
