Responsibilities:
Serve as a public-facing expert and ambassador for Bolt.new across social platforms. Engage with users in real time on social channels to help them troubleshoot, discover features, and celebrate wins. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via email and occasional video calls. Create and improve self-serve resources like docs and how-tos. Surface insights and patterns from the community to inform Product and Engineering. Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging issues and advocate for the user.
