Fertility Benefit Design Manager

4-5 years of experience in benefit design, health & benefits consulting, or implementation. Strong understanding of fertility and family-building benefit design, coverage models, eligibility, compliance, funding, and ecosystem integration. Client-facing experience with clear communication of complex benefit concepts. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Tailor Maven’s offerings to client-specific needs and market benchmarks. Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop pitch materials and train sales teams. Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings and discussions. Respond to complex benefit design and compliance questions during RFPs. Support new client implementations and advise on plan design. Provide benefit design support for existing fertility benefits clients. Provide feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams.
