Senior Implementation Consultant, Audit

2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance. 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar. Experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup is preferred. Strong consulting skills to help complex organizations succeed. Proven ability to drive business value for customers. Project management proficiency with ability to prioritize multiple customers and projects. Executive presence and ability to influence change. Demonstrated history of effective communication with customers and internal teams. Bias towards action and end-to-end ownership of projects.

Build trust with customers throughout their implementation. Maintain regular engagement with customers from sales handoff to value realization. Create implementation plans aligned with customer goals. Cultivate customer champions and grow their product knowledge. Serve as the link between customers and internal Fieldguide teams. Communicate customer needs internally to shape product roadmap and processes. Proactively identify and mitigate success risks. Document customer value through case studies and success metrics. Track customer progress against their adoption map.
