Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Looker preferred), and Excel/Google Sheets. Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and influence strategic direction. Experience leading cross-functional or high-visibility projects with measurable business impact. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working with North American and global teams; flexible to collaborate across time zones. Fluency in additional European languages (German, Spanish, or French) is an asset.
